The line operates all around the world, from short seven-day Caribbean cruises to exotic 140+ day around the world cruises. With water makers (removing the salt) and Nordaq water filter systems on-board they are producing their own premium drinking water, reducing the need for pre-bottled and transported water, on its ships Seabourn Odyssey, Sojourn, Quest, Encore, and Ovation.
Other than getting the best quality water and minimizing the CO₂-impact, the onboard staff gains significant space in the storage room with the reduction of bottled water inventory.
“Our ongoing transition to Nordaq water on our ships will continue to bring high-quality still and sparkling water to our guests while simultaneously reducing our needs for bottled water in many service areas.”
dijo Gerald Mosslinger, vicepresidente de operaciones hoteleras de Seabourn
“We are extremely proud to work with Seabourn and are grateful for this opportunity. We are humbled and excited to be part of the luxurious vacations Seabourn offers their guests. Receiving feedback from Seabourn that Nordaq’s water filtering systems enhance their guests’ dining experience and to learn the reduced need for bottled water for the fleet is truly satisfying for us”
dice Gustav Doverhall, Gerente de Operaciones de Nordaq Group.
