Nordaq served at The Savoy Hotel, London
Nordaq sponsored a star-studded night of fundraising held by The Nth Degree Club. The Restaurant Association Gala Dinner saw entertainment from West End performers, charity auctions with highly desirable prices, and an extraordinary menu of food and wine. Throughout the night, Nordaq – cited by many of the world’s most celebrated chefs as the ‘purest tasting water’ – was in generous supply.
As expected from a Restaurant Association event, the night saw many stars of the restaurant and hospitality industry come out to play. Claude Bosi, Head Chef at Bibendum, London – which proudly serves Nordaq purified water to its customers – was one of many notable guests.

Also making an appearance were celebrity chefs, Brian Turner OBE, Francesco Mazzei, and the Roux family, Jeff and Chris Galvin, model and nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, and TV presenter Lisa Snowdon, among many others.

The menu was designed by The Savoy, London, especially for the evening, and incorporated a number of products that sponsored the event. It included a starter of Loch Duart Scottish Salmon cured in “KEW Organic – Explorers’ Strength Gin” with a Juniper Berry Crust and Baby Leeks Cooked in No.1 Juniper Soda.
With such a beautiful selection of food and an incredible flight of wines selected by The Wine Cru, Nordaq superior water was well-placed to ensure it could all be properly appreciated. With bottles on every table, Nordaq complemented the menu with its ability to enhance flavours with its palate-cleansing qualities making water taste water and everything else as intended, for pure truetaste sensation.
The event raised an amazing £48,000 for The Springboard Charity which helps young people interested in hospitality, leisure, and tourism to achieve their potential. Much of its work is focused on supporting underprivileged and disadvantaged people. Through this, and by helping unemployed people of all ages into sustainable employment, it has a positive impact on reducing poverty.
Three generations of the famous Roux family were in attendance at the Dinner, namely Albert Roux OBE, Michel Roux Jr, and Emily Roux. They were presented with The Restaurant Association Award for Services to Hospitality, designed and sponsored by Fabergé.
