Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo (MOTYO) is part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with goals to end the use of disposable plastic products. MOTYO has introduced the highest quality premium water Nordaq, to all 179 guest rooms. By filtering tap water through the patented technology by Nordaq and bottling the water in-house in dedicated glass bottles that can be used repeatedly, it will contribute to the end of disposable PET-bottles and therefore the reduction of carbon dioxide emitted during transportation.
Nordaq also removes impurities, whilst maintaining the natural salts and minerals, enhancing the true flavours of food and beverages.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is the award-winning owner and operator of some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, resorts, and residences. The Group operates 34 hotels and seven residences in 24 countries and territories, many of which now serve Nordaq water.
